Thermo ScientificTM TranscendTM II 系统是目前效率最高的液相色谱（LC）解决方案，该系统具备两个极有价值的技术：
（1）Thermo ScientificTM TurboFlowTM 技术。在进行UHPLC分离和MS分析之前，采用该技术对样品中复杂基质进行选择性的在线净化处理；
（2）Thermo Scientific 多通路技术。该技术采用多个平行的UHPLC通路，增加了 MS 利用率，通量可提高数倍。
结合这两种技术，Transcend II 系统减少了样品制备时间、劳动力、成本和错误发生率，从而显著提高通量且不影响数据质量或灵敏度。
Transcend II 系统可以配置成运行TurboFlow方法进行在线样品净化，也可以配置成运行多通路HPLC或UHPLC方法实现最高样品通量，或者两种方法同时运行。Transcend II 系统可以在四个LC通道上运行一种方法，或者在各个独立LC通道上同时运行四种不同的方法。
