LEXT OLS4500是结合了传统光学显微镜、激光扫描显微镜(LSM)以及扫描探针显微镜(SPM)功能为一体的革新机，从而可以实现对观测对象从几十倍到百万倍的连续放大, 可以满足不同样品的超高分辨率三维观察，以及尺寸测量、微粗糙度测量等各种观测需求。
通过在多种显微镜和观察模式间自由切换，LEXT OLS4500可以轻松实现从毫米到纳米的超大范围观察和测量，这使得观察对象的定位变得精准快捷，在大大缩短了获取影像时间的同时保护了探针，并且不用担心观测目标的丢失。另外，这种一体的革新设计可以实现对同一对象的多手段原位观测，从而提高了对观测结果分析解释的准确性和可信度！
l 光学显微镜：
装有倍率不同的四种物镜，集合了明视野观察（BF）、微分干涉观察（DIC）、简易偏振光观察及HDR（高动态范围）观察等多种功能。
l 激光显微镜：
采用短波长405nm的激光光源和高数值孔径的专用物镜、以及独特的共焦光学系统，实现了优异的平面分辨率。在激光微分干涉模式中还可以实现观察纳米级的微小凹凸。
l 扫描探针显微镜：
专业的针尖对齐夹具避免了在仪器上调节激光光斑位置的繁琐；
搭载导航功能，可以在已扫图像中任意制定特定区域进一步扫描观测；
多种观察模式满足对样品表面形貌和物性的观察分析。
