2240 氨氮水质在线自动监测仪
氨气敏电极法是测量样品中氨氮含量的一种有效方法。Thermo Scientific 2240 氨氮在线监测仪，采用氨气敏电极法，广泛应用于生物样品氨氮，地表水氨氮，以及污水氨氮测定。

样品和试剂经高精度注射泵加入到测量池中，加入的强碱溶液使pH ≥11，水样中铵盐转化为氨，生成的氨由于扩散作用，通过复合的氨气敏电极半透膜（水和其他离子则不能通过），引起薄膜层内H+浓度改变，由指示电极（pH 玻璃电极）测得其变化。根据能斯特方程，在恒定的离子强度下，测得的电动势与水样中氨氮浓度的对数呈一定的线性关系，由此可从测得的电位值确定样品中氨氮的含量。
用户可设定自动清洗、校准周期，减少人工维护量，保证长期可靠性
